Maxtena, Inc. Wins Innovation Award at 2010 NewVa Corridor Technology Council TechNite Awards, Blacksburg VA, 04/2010
Maxtena, Inc. has been presented the 2010 Innovation Award at the NewVa Corridor Technology Council (NCTC) TechNite Awards, an annual celebration and
recognition of entrepreneurial and innovation leadership in the NewVa region.
Maxtena, Inc. received the award April 7th during the TechNite Awards Banquet at The Inn at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
The Innovation Award recognizes an individual, a group of individuals, company, or other organization that sets the standard for
thought leadership and innovation in their respective field. By definition, they are doing something new or different, and they are doing it
well. Their innovation represents a significant technological breakthrough or addresses a great market opportunity or both.

TechNite is an annual celebration of the NewVa Region’s technology community, providing an opportunity to network with leaders in business and innovation.
This year’s event drew a record crowd of more than 440 attendees. The Awards celebrate and recognize the entrepreneurial and innovative leadership of the NewVa
region in six categories: Rising Star, Entrepreneur, NewVa Leadership, Innovation, People’s Choice and Educator.
